New leaflet celebrates what is special about Llangorse and Bwlch

Villagers and businesses in Llangorse and Bwlch have joined forces to create a new information leaflet to promote what’s great about these two villages in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The newly produced Discover Llangorse and Bwlch guide is packed full of information about activities, attractions, places to eat and drink, circular walks, star gazing, wildlife, and accommodation in the area.

The brochure, funded through Brecon Beacons National Park Authority’s Rural Alliances initiative, has been created by the newly-established Llangorse and Bwlch Rural Alliances group and will be made available to local businesses and residents during an open meeting at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre at 18:30 on Thursday, May 9.

The meeting will give the local community the chance to join the Llangorse and Bwlch Rural Alliances group, and contribute to driving forward sustainable tourism in the area, as well as bringing the local community together. Although the group have only been together for a short period of time, they have already worked collaboratively to develop a new website to promote the area. Continue reading
