Llangorse

Base Camp Cafe at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre

Open every day until 8pm – ‘Base Camp’ Café serves a variety of meals and locally-made cakes with stunning views overlooking the lake and the Brecon Beacons beyond. It makes a perfect base for exploring with ample on-site parking.

Lakeside Cafe

Lakeside Cafe is located on Llangorse Common, near Lakeside boat hire and the Crannog Centre.

The Gate Shop 

The Gate shop is open seven days a week, selling a good range of groceries, sandwiches, newspapers and it also has a post office.

The Kitchen Garden at Ty Mawr 

A 1/4 acre garden growing fruit, vegetables and herbs employing no-dig regenerative practices. The shop stocks our own produce and products chosen for their sustainable credentials . Many items made locally in order to minimise their carbon footprint. The cafe serves homemade cake & biscuits , herbal teas, our own apple juice & homemade ice lollies during the warmer months. There is seating in the garden and in the shop. You can also find books & cards by local authors & artists , ethical kitchen & bathroom supplies & a changing range of other delights! Also licensed & we stock local beers, plus not quite so local organic Prosecco!
Take a walk to the bird hide along the edge of Llangorse Lake, or walk down from Allt yr Esgair to find us.
